The present informs the customers on the privacy policy of web site www.albatrostopboat.com and its affiliated company www.luxuryyachtmaldives.com referring to the processing of personal data of users who interact with the website services and the action of cookies installed by the site itself. The information was draft in accordance with the General data protection regulation 2016/679 and the recommendation n.2/20011 of the Working Group pursuant to art. 29 and the General provision of the Privacy Guarantor concerning the cookies of May 8 , 2014 n. 229, concerning the processing of personal data and privacy, to inform the users of the web page, on the methods, timing and procedures adopted. The following applies only to this web site; the data controller is not responsible for the data entries and cookies installed by other sites that may be consulted via links.

Nature and type of data collected
The simple navigation on the site does not involve the provision of personal data, but the collection of the same is necessary for the provision of services requested by the user.
